Centerpieces
This is a picture of the centerpieces I loved! The leaves are provided (at no cost!) by our venue. The globes I'll get at Michael's for $9.99 then a 50% coupon for the large ones, which will be filled with acorns and leaves (we've currently purchased 12 so far, out of 25). The small globes I got at Jo-Ann Fabrics for 12 for $4.19! Such a deal! And the votives I also got at Jo-Ann's for $3.89 for 24!
Flower Girl Basket
I found this flower girl basket at AC Moore for $1.75 on clearance. Love those after season sales!! I cut the "pumpkin shell" away from the basket and wrapped the whole thing in the orange satin ribbon. I then just slipped it back on and it stays perfect. I'll update with a new picture soon!
Memorial Candles
We found this style online for about $65, not including shipping. I need 7 of them, so that's completely out of my budget. I found the ribbon with the leaves on it for $.50 a roll (9ft roll). The brown satin ribbon is from Michaels ($2.99 with a 40% coupon). I purchased the Vellum that it is printed on at Michael's for $.99 sheet. The vase is also from Michael's $15.99 and then a 40% coupon. To adhere everything, I used glue dots. I put this one together quick so the ribbon is a little crooked, but you get the idea.
Invitations
I made these invitations up in MW. I have ivory card stock that the inserts below were printed on and we ordered copper colored metallic pocketfolds from cardsandpockets.com. I ordered the bellybands from cardsandpockets.com in brown. The 2X2 square on it I made in MW instead of purchasing them. It ended up costing me roughly $1.25 for 150 of them as opposed to $3.99 for 50.
Direction Cards
I used weddingmapper.com to get the map and the icon added. Then I just followed the DIY instructions and made the layout in MW. The size on these are 5" X 5.5" and printed on ivory cardstock.
Programs
I made the file for these programs in Microsoft Word. Just created a 2 column document and then printed them and cut them. These are just the "test run" prints. I didn't want to waste the good card stock and color ink. The print will all be in brown with the big H in pale orange. I'll post a picture of the final product when I'm done.
Menu Cards
These menu cards are basically the same set up as the programs.
They'll also be printed in the same colors. They will sit at each place setting in napkins folded with a pocket. I'll post a new picture of these when they're finished.
Photo Sharing Cards
I found a Knottie that had made these on VP but I already had all of the card stock at home so I figured, why not?! I absolutely love the way these came out. I think they're prefect. They'll go on each place setting near the menus. This is the final product so the ivory paper that it's printed on is the same ivory paper the programs and menu's will be printed on.
Mr. and Mrs. signs
I saw these signs online somewhere for $35 plus shipping. I had the craft paint at home already and the ribbon from another project. I printed the Mr. and Mrs. in MW and cut them out to make a stencil. The plaques were $2 at Michael's.
Save-the-dates
I loved this metallic paper and the color falls into our color scheme. I bought each set of cards and envelopes for $4.99 plus a 50% coupon at Michael's. The leaf punch was on clearance for $5.99 and I had an additional 25% off coupon.
Ring Bearer pillow
I ordered this from a seller on Etsy. I love it! The camera made the ribbon look red but it's definitely orange.
Shoes
I knew I wanted something funky for a shoe. I also know that I have a love-hate relationship with high heels, so this was going to be tough. I found, well actually, one of our Groomsman found, these at JCPenny's. $70 originally and marked down to $24.99. They are supppppper comfortable too.
Card Box
I saw pictures of DIY card boxes on theknot.com and loved the idea! I picked up some boxes at the Post Office (free!) and purchased fabric at Hobby Lobby ($2.99 a yard, on sale). I also found some other ribbon for $1.50 each. An afternoon of trial and error with applying the fabric to the boxes and cutting and gluing, painting and more gluing, and this is the final product. I'm pretty pleased with it.
BM Jewelry
These are the earrings that I made to match the necklaces we bought for all of the girls. They patch perfectly too!
Table Numbers
I found a picture of something similar on Pinterest and loved it.
I tweaked it a little bit, no bow where the ribbon is and a pearl on the "T" instead of rhinestone (we're using pearls everywhere else) and this is what we've got!
